In Legally Blonde 2, Elle Woods (Reese Witherspoon) introduces us to the "snap cup". The general idea of this cup is when you're having a disagreement, a conflict with a co-worker or friend, use the snap cup to de-escalate the conflict. Write down something nice about the other person (e.g., tribute, expression of admiration), put it in the cup and then read all the "snaps" aloud. With growing political polarization and division, I think we could all use a snap cup!
