It's been a hot past few days. If you were feeling the heat, don't worry you're not alone. All around the globe -- people, plants, and animals were feeling the heat. In an article published today, July 6th, in The New York Times, Plumer and Shao state:
The past three days were quite likely the hottest in Earth’s modern history, scientists said on Thursday, as an astonishing surge of heat across the globe continued to shatter temperature records from North America to Antarctica.
