Ingredients: Honey, oregano, mustard, garlic clove, oil, black pepper, vinegar, lemon juice.

There is a long, bloody history associated with diamonds.  These pretty, shiny rocks have created a lot of conflict and suffering in the world. For more information, watch the video below on blood diamonds.   

Ingredients: Plain Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract. I also added some goodies for extra flavor: mangos and dark chocolate chunks. 

Key ingredients: 3 oranges; walnuts; flour; canola oil . Top the cake off with 100% Canadian maple syrup.
