Yesterday, I spent the afternoon in the kitchen - cooking. Some of the highlights: Peeled and chopped sweet potatoes   Oven ready - roasting sweet potatoes, onions and garlic Roasted chicken, salad, cranberries  Oh, pass the stuffing!
